Blood is the fluid of life, transporting oxygen from the lungs to body tissue and carbon dioxide from body tissue to the lungs.
Blood is the fluid of growth, transporting nourishment from digestion and hormones from glands throughout the body.
Blood is the fluid of health, transporting disease fighting substances to the tissue and waste to the kidneys.
Threre are three kind of blood cells:
1. red blood cells (RBc)
2. white blood cells (WBc)
3. platelets
Red Blood Cells(RBc)
Red blood cells contain an iron-rich protein called hemoglobin. Blood gets its bright red color when the hemoglobin picks up oxygen in the lungs. As the blood travels through the body, the hemoglobin releases oxygen to the tissues. The empty hemoglobin molecules then bond with tissue’s carbon dioxide or other waste gases, transporting it away.
White Blood Cells(WBc)
Whenever a germ or infection enters the body, WBc snap to attention and race toward the scene of the crime. The WBc are continually on the lookout for signs of disease. When a germ does appear, the WBc have a variety of ways by which they can attack. Some will produce protective antibodies that will empower the germ. Others will surround and devour the bacteria.
Platelets
Platelets help in the clotting process. When the human body loses a little bit of blood through a minor wound , the platelets cause the blood to clot so that the bleeding stops.
How wonderful the blood cells are!
Here, come several things to ponder:
How do these events take place?
How do the blood cells know what they want to be?
Are the blood cells has a mind that tell them to do this and that?
What would be happen if the blood cells quarrel each other while doing their job for eg: The White blood cells may say to the The Red blood cells that, “I’m very tired attacking the germs, and now, it’s your turn to do that job!..and unfortunately, the white blood cells refuse it because the job is so hard to it..
This tells us that our blood system is controlled by a very super power. The power is taking care of everything related to the lifeblood.
It is stated In surah at-Thariq, verse 4, Allah says that
“Each of life have been given a guardian”..
This verse tells us that everything in this world is controlled by Allah s.w.t so that everything which have been created, live accordingly.
Jelaslah, betapa besarnya kuasa Allah s.w.t sehingga perkara yang sekecil2nya yang berlaku di dalam tubuh badan kita pun, diawasi dan dipelihara olehNya.
Subhaanallah.. Maha Suci Allah yang menjadikan segala-galanya..
